Hope

Hummingbirds are often seen as a symbol of healing and hope. With that, it seemed only fitting that my first painting to ring in the new year would be that of a hummingbird.

I have a good feeling that this year is going to be great. Even better than the last. And if last year wasn’t your year or didn’t pan out the way you had thought, let this hummingbird brighten your spirits and give you hope for the future. Although “time passes as fast as a hummingbird flutters,” don’t let another year pass you by. Find the beauty in today and live your life as sweetly as a hummingbird.
