Any mothers of 2? I applaud you!

I may not be a mother but I do have a younger sibling.
I have a younger brother and we are 6 years apart so needless to say we did not always get along as kids. Our relationship started out rocky before he was even born. I had wanted a sister and I threw a tantrum when I found out I was getting a brother. From then on he was just always my annoying little brother. I don’t know how my mom put up with us all the time. But as we’ve gotten older, we’ve definitely grown closer. I think not sharing a bathroom has a lot to do with that too.
One thing I love about him is that he has a big heart and he lives life to the fullest with no fear in mind. I think my family can agree that he definitely makes our lives more exciting. It’s hard to imagine what life would be like without him. Or if I did end up with a sister, how different my life would be. I am so grateful that I ended up with a brother like him though. He may be annoying at times but he will always be MY annoying little brother and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
So this piece is dedicated to not only him but to all the siblings out there, whether older or younger. And to all the moms that have to put up with us- we’re grateful for you too.
