FAQ
Just ordered my ornament… What now?
Awesome! I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to request pictures of your pet. Please send me good quality photos, preferably headshots. The more the merrier!
What if I have more than one pet?
Due to the size of the ornament, I can only fit one pet per ornament.
How long until my order is ready?
Once your order is placed, I will send you an email requesting pet photos and letting you know an estimate of when your order will be ready.
How do I add Customizations?
There will be a pop-up box that will appear once you hit “Add to Cart” that will ask for background color and personalization. Please let me know what sort of add-ons you would like in the “personalization” text box. Be as detailed as possible.
Shipping?
I will notify you with tracking info once your item has shipped. If you’re local to Raleigh/ Cary, NC I do offer a local pick-up option and I will get in contact with you about where to pick it up once your item is ready.
